Commissioned by the Finnish Prime Minister’s Office, 4FRONT has led an evaluation and development of measures to improve the anticipated impact and customer orientation of the whole Team Finland concept (i.e. collaboration between various ministries and their agencies for innovation, export and FDI promotion).
