Paula works as an advisor, focusing on innovation ecosystems, research commercialization, continuous learning and international collaboration. She is also the Principal Consultant in her own company, Aitoware Oy.

Paula has extensive experience in designing and leading professional learning, executive education, and research commercialization programs. She has also worked for more than a decade across the Nordic countries and Silicon Valley, building collaboration between universities, companies, startups, public organizations, investors and research-driven founders. She continues to maintain strong connections with the Silicon Valley innovation ecosystem. Her strengths include ecosystem development, stakeholder engagement, program design, and the facilitation of workshops and international learning initiatives.

Paula holds a Master of Science degree in Mathematics from the University of Tampere, including subject-teacher education. She has also completed studies in adult and vocational education, special education, and guidance and counselling for adult learners.
