In 2025, the Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council is preparing a new regional programme to guide the strategic development and future direction of the region for the period 2026–2029. The programme plays a key role in shaping Uusimaa’s long-term priorities and supporting sustainable growth and regional competitiveness.
As part of the process, 4FRONT will provide to assist the Council’s experts in drafting the programme. The assignment includes planning and facilitating a series of workshops in collaboration with the Council. These workshops will support the preparation process and bring together a working group of internal experts to co-develop content for the upcoming programme. 4FRONT will structure the collaboration in the workshops, along with a short summary for each session. This collaborative approach ensures that the programme is developed inclusively and effectively, laying a solid foundation for the future of the region.
